Okay today i decided on a journey of wieght loss.
I currently weigh 110 kg.
I plan to get down to 80 kg.
I am cutting out all junk, treating myself only when i go out.
But this also includes a few other factors.
Getting a job being number one, exercising and becoming more appreciative of myself.
Wish me luck people!
Cause ill be updating on how i will be progressing.
What i eat and do shall be on this page keep watch.
